As a Business Development Executive at Spiracle Themes, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying and nurturing potential leads within the WordPress community. You will be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our WordPress services can meet and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads for custom WordPress websites through various channels such as online research, networking events, and social media platforms.

  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with prospects, understanding their unique requirements, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Spiracle Themes.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, including initial contact, negotiation, and contract signing.

  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional pre and post-sales support, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients

Requirements

  • Experience: No Prior Experience Needed!

  • WordPress Knowledge: Basic understanding of WordPress and its ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and best practices.
